Terms of Service
The contract between PsyForge and the people and organizations using the platform.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms. If you are using PsyForge on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the system, stuff credentials, scrape, or interfere with other tenants. Don't use PsyForge to make hiring, lending, insurance, or other consequential decisions about a person without independent professional review — our reports are not standalone diagnostic instruments.
Data ownership
You own your tenant's data. We hold it in trust to operate the service. We do not train external models on your prompts or responses.
Fees and billing
Free, Developer, and Enterprise tiers as described on the pricing page. Overage is metered per session beyond the included quota and reconciled monthly via Stripe. We will provide 30 days' notice for any price change.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we keep your data 30 days for recovery, then delete it. Outstanding balances remain due.
Disclaimers and liability
Service is provided as-is during alpha. We work hard to keep it up but make no SLA promises until v1.0. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
