Can I use PsyForge for free forever?
Yes. The Free tier has no time limit — 100 calls per day, sandbox environment, Big Five framework. No credit card required.
What counts as an API call?
Each scored assessment response submission counts as one call. Fetching items, metadata, and reports do not count toward your daily limit.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
On Free, calls above the included quota return a 429. On Developer, overages are reconciled at month-end according to the active billing configuration.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Assessment data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress. Enterprise customers can choose EU-only or APAC-only data residency.
